Mario Nanos
During his twenty-year career, Mario Nanos has held progressively
responsible positions in operations and management, manufacturing,
wholesale distribution and technology. His background includes significant
experience in organizational and systems development, team building,
marketing, Quality Operating System (QOS) deployment, Six Sigma, program
management, lean workshops, turnaround management and Enterprise Resource
Planning (ERP) implementation. From 2001-2004 he led Automotive Vertical
Marketing for QAD, the #1 rated ERP application provider to automotive
suppliers. His QAD experience included implementing extensive business
development and marketing initiatives across the Asia Pacific region.
Before joining QAD, Mr. Nanos was a member of the senior management
team at LDM Technologies, a $550 MM Tier-1 supplier to the auto industry.
Reporting directly to Chairman of the Board, he was responsible for
managing key customer-facing systems and developing and monitoring
performance goals for the company's twelve departments. He implemented
a process to streamline and institutionalize the formulation of joint
ventures and strategic alliances, and chaired the cross-functional
team that developed the firm's main continuous improvement process.
As Director of Business Operations at LDM, he was also responsible
for planning, staffing and implementing a global enterprise resource
planning solution in the company's 23 manufacturing sites. The project
was completed ahead of schedule, and under budget, garnering QAD's
annual "Rapid Achiever Award" in 1999 as a result.
Mr. Nanos received his BBA degree from the University of Michigan
in 1985, is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, and
is an Affiliate Advisory Board Member of the Office for the Study
of Automotive Transportation (OSAT).
Adam Wellman
Adam Wellman has held progressively responsible positions in operations,
management, manufacturing and technology. His background includes
significant experience in program and project management, cost estimating,
finance, systems development, team building, marketing, and Enterprise
Resource Planning (ERP) implementation. His last position was Vice
President of Business Development at KACE Logistics, a third party
logistics provider of transportation and automotive parts sequencing
services. His last major project was the design and launch of a greenfield
sequence center in Shreveport, LA for the GMC Colorado/Canyon program.
