His background includes significant experience in organizational and systems development, team building, marketing, Quality Operating System (QOS) deployment, Six Sigma, program management, lean workshops, turnaround management and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation. From 2001-2004 he led Automotive Vertical Marketing for QAD, the #1 rated ERP application provider to automotive suppliers. His QAD experience included implementing extensive business development and marketing initiatives across the Asia Pacific region.

As Director of Business Operations at LDM, he was also responsible for planning, staffing and implementing a global enterprise resource planning solution in the company's 23 manufacturing sites. The project was completed ahead of schedule, and under budget, garnering QAD's annual "Rapid Achiever Award" in 1999 as a result.
